Saab-Tuners teamed up with a highly specialized stainless steel company to make this 3 inch downpipe. This downpipe is made to our exact specifications and is completely to our satisfaction!
The steel is welded to perfection, welded seems on the inside are grinded down to optimize exhaust gas flow. The downpipe has two lambda bungs just after the turbo, one for the original probe, the other for a wideband lambda probe used for tuning. The made to order 200 cels catalyst lets gasses flow nearly unrestricted and passes the strict EU requirements with flying colors and can stand up to 400+ hp.
When you use our own saab-tuners adapter (sold separately) the downpipe bolts seamlessly to the stock 9-5 catback or connects 2,75" Hirsch catback (cutting a little off the downpipe / Hirsch catback is required).
