Saab-Tuners intercooler

This full blown aluminum intercooler improves airflow and provides superior cooling of the intake air.

The rounded end tanks is the thing that sets this aluminum performance intercooler apart from the competition. In our test setup this intercooler provided a 25 % decrease of intake temperature over the stock 9-3 intercooler. Due to the optimized air flow the Saab-Tuners intercooler will get you more bang for your bucks. Also notice that the hose clamps will create a perfect seal due to the shape of the in and outlet pipe.

The Saab-Tuners intercooler was designed to be a near perfect drop in solution while using all of the available space.

On a Trionic 7 Saab the fitting of silicone hoses and industrial hose clamps is recommended but the Saab-Tuners Aluminum intercooler will fit the stock Saab hoses, on a Trionic 5 Saab new hoses are necessary.
